Governorship of İstanbul -Türkiye
Governorship of İstanbul- Governorship of İstanbul is responsible for regulating and supervising the general administration in Istanbul. Governorship of İstanbul implements the instructions and orders of the ministries and ensures the promulgation of government decisions and the implementation of laws and regulations. The GOI is the highest administrative authority in the city and works in various fields with around 2050 civil servants.
National and international projects are carried out by the European Union and Foreign Relations Office on behalf of Governorship of İstanbul. Priority is given in projects to supporting disadvantaged groups such as people with disabilities, immigrants, NEETs and unemployed adults. In this context, the GOI cooperates with various public institutions, universities, training centres, vocational training centres and NGOs for youth and adults. Through its Continuing Education Centre, GOI provides training on topics of need.

University of Thessaly – Greece
The University of Thessaly is the only higher education institution in central Greece. After merging with 2 other higher education institutions, the University of Thessaly currently has over 30 departments and enrols 40.000 students, making it the 3rd largest university in Greece.
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering enrols 1.000 undergraduate and graduate students and addresses areas that include electronics, energy, hardware, software, networks, and educational technologies. The informal Creative Technologies Learning Lab integrates emerging design, pedagogies, and ICT for generating innovative, rewarding, and effective learning experiences that build the knowledge and skills needed by industry and society in today’s world.
The lab has implemented over 35 R&D projects in the area of technology-enhanced learning focusing on diverse aspects such as game-based learning, learning communities, design thinking, simulations, online collaboration environments, and more. In the context of R&D, the lab has working relationships with educational authorities and educational institutions in the area of Thessaly and beyond.
Luarasi University – Albania
Luarasi University is a distinguished private institution of higher education offering comprehensive academic programs across four faculties: Law, Economics, Information Technology & Innovation, and Medical Sciences. National Agency for Employment and Skills – Albania
The National Agency for Employment and Skills (AKPA) is a public service institution, a legal entity under the budgetary framework, and operates under the authority of the minister responsible for employment and skills development. Headquartered in Tirana, AKPA is an integral part of the ministry’s system, overseeing the provision of employment services, self-employment, and vocational education and training. The agency operates through Regional and Local Employment Offices, Regional Public Vocational Training Directorates, and Public Vocational Education Schools, ensuring its presence and service coverage across the country.
The mission of AKPA is to ensure the fulfillment of the rights of Albanian citizens, foreign nationals, and stateless individuals who have obtained refugee status or are asylum seekers within the Republic of Albania. It does so by providing access to public employment, self-employment services, and professional qualification programs, aiming to help individuals find suitable employment both within Albania and abroad, as well as offering related services.
AKPA’s responsibilities are extensive, including guaranteeing the quality of services provided in employment, self-employment, and vocational education and training through ongoing monitoring and evaluation. Additionally, it is tasked with organizing and administering active and passive labor market programs. AKPA is also responsible for overseeing public vocational education and training providers (VET) in compliance with current legislation regarding education and vocational training in Albania. Furthermore, it ensures that the functions related to planning, implementation, accounting, and financial reporting for regional directorates, local offices, and public VET providers are carried out in accordance with the prevailing legal framework.

The IUS Life center engages in international collaboration and partnerships, particularly through initiatives such as the Erasmus+ program. This allows IUS Life to stay connected with global trends in education and offer hosting mobility and exchange opportunities to students and professionals.
